Orders >
Got It Online Limited operates an online Web Store.  Orders are placed through our shopping cart and the automated system associated with that. If there is a “glitch” with this system, we undertake to rectify it as soon as possible.
Price >
All prices include GST.  All prices, and any offers for supply or price lists, are subject to variation without notice. Due to the number of products we offer there may be human error, and from time to time our suppliers may change their pricing without notifying us, we reserve the right to not supply items at the listed price where it is not economical for us to do so.  In such cases we will offer you the item at the lowest possible price.  If you do not want to proceed, we will refund any monies paid.
Freight >
Freight is added to orders at the checkout. Freight cost is for freight and packaging. If you feel the price of freight is unfair, it may be an error.  If so, we will refund any errors or offer you a store credit/discount for you next purchase.
Payment >
Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment. Payment can be made using major credit cards, direct credit to our account or posting us a cheque. Credit card payment is usually processed within 1 minute, Direct credit will take overnight or within 2 days.  Cheques will take up to a week to arrive and be cleared.
All goods remain the property of Got It Online Limited until full and final payment is made.  We reserve the right to recover any goods that have not been paid for in full.
Dispatch >
We dispatch goods after we have processed the payment. If the item is not in stock there may be a delay which we will inform you of.  Most items are sent directly from our supplier via courier to the delivery address you enter at the checkout.
Returns >
Goods must be in re-saleable condition for a full refund of the purchase price.  Please keep this in mind when opening packages.  You MUST contact us before returning any goods.
For defective products or goods supplied by us incorrectly, on receipt of the returned goods, we will either replace the goods and refund and the shipping fees or refund the full purchase price including shipping fees.
If an item ordered arrives damaged, please make a claim by e-mailing us on sales@gotitonline.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving your order. We cannot be held responsible if we are not informed within this time as we have to be prompt in making a claim on our postal insurance.
Warranty >
All warranties are manufacturer warranties.  If you have a claim, please contact the manufacturer or their New Zealand agent.  You can contact us for contact details.
